Cancellation Policy

ArtLab Animation Summer Camp Policy Camp Sessions and Fees - Two camp sessions are offered, please make sure you are registering to the correct session: Session 1: June 17–20, Session 2: June 24–27 - Classes run Tuesday to Friday from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM. - The cost is $250 per student per session. - Space is limited to 20 students per session. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment. Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel a class that does not reach its minimum enrollment and will provide a full refund. We encourage early registration to ensure that classes reach minimum enrollment. All registrants will be notified prior to the class start date of any cancellations. - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the camp start date will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the session. Please call the office at (469) 425-7525 to discuss this in case of extraneous circumstances. - If ArtLab Enrichment Program must cancel the camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Health and Safety - Parents/guardians must inform ArtLab of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs on the registration form. Snacks will be allowed during class, so it is very important that we are informed of any food allergies. - ArtLab staff is trained in basic first aid but will not administer medication. - In case of emergency, ArtLab will contact the parent/guardian and may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. 5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up - Campers must be signed in and out each day by an authorized adult. Please list all authorized adults in the registration form. We require everyone to show their ID when picking up a student. - Campers should be picked up promptly at 4:30 PM. A late fee may be charged for repeated late pickups. 6. Behavior Expectations -Respectful behavior is expected from all campers. - Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from camp without a refund. - Campers must follow instructions from ArtLab staff at all times. 7. Personal Items -Campers may bring a light snack and drink each day. -Please do not send valuable or unnecessary personal items. ArtLab is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
